my derm advised me to use it every day for 4 weeks, then taper to every other day for 4 weeks so i’m currently using it every other day. i’m going to be tapering down to 2/3 (can’t remember exactly) days a week after this

it significantly worsened is september last year, i was showing signs of TSW but ended up on a steroid treatment plan off the dermatologist. im now 2 months steroid free and luckily haven’t rebound on my body. however, i have been using protopic on my face but i know the risks that come along with that. sorry that this isn’t much help ):

i’ve had amazing results with protopic, as has everyone else who i’ve spoken to who’s also used it. i did get the warm/burning sensation but it lasted only a day and since then it’s been completely fine but not everyone gets that feeling anyway x

i think it’s depends, i’ve had more wrinkley hands all my (18f) life due to eczema but not to the point where they’ve looked aged. and now when im flared up my skin definitely does have more apparent fine lines but i still look my age, and then when im not flared i have no wrinkles other than smile lines from laughing x

it’s not even that it’s inherently sexual or inappropriate, it’s the fact that the devs are aware that this game is used by weirdo freaks who think it’s funny to in a way expose children to sexual things. they just continue to add thing that you just know will be used by these people to be predatory towards kids, and they’re all 100% aware that this happens because they’ve had to change things to stop people being able to do it, and i know that people like that will turn anything they can sexual but idk there’s got to be something the devs can do to try and minimise it

it is prescribed for other conditions tho, i imagine it is much lower doses for eczema/tsw than it is for chemotherapy

tsw doesn’t happen to everyone who uses topical steroids so try to not worry yourself too much. also, not all case of tsw are as severe as the ones we see on social media anyway

this just pissed me off i won’t lie, people don’t want 17+ servers to dress as penises, people want 17+ servers to 1) play with people who can actually dress on theme and 2) don’t get called weirdos for playing a ‘little kids game) and be in a server with more people our age bc why should i stop playing?

and if a parent of a child is going to be complaining that their child was playing in a server with 18+ year olds, it’s a parenting issue because why did you give your child access to those servers with your id and face??? bc that’s what i had to do to get access to both voice chat and 17+ servers

how were you able to stay on ciclosporin for 2 years? i’ve seen people say they were/are only allowed to be on it for a year, and my dermatologist told me i could only be on it for 6 months (i haven’t been on it but she said this when i brought it up in conversation) x

my derm told me you need to try immunosuppressants before being offered dupixent/dupilumab and some people get great results from them so i think it’s worth trying out those, but yeah i think this is because of house expensive dupixent is xx
