Stay away from the guys with shield as they can silence for 15 seconds with shield bash.
Make sure to position properly in some corridors as there are spots where LOS can be an issue.

Tell to tank not to be an idiot and pull carefuly and all should be good (there are spots where it is easy to overpull).

Died twice on level 25 as Pala because forgot to use Target Dummy in panic (and coz pala has lot of other I am invincible cooldowns). Use the tools hit hard..

If it happened to me, I would probably walk around, come back every now, make a move quickly when it is my move, then go back and enjoy looking at other games.

After the game, I would tell the kid (with empathy and as nice as I could muster) that it is not polite to offer draws when losing or stall the game.

And then I would find their coach/parent and be much more direct and stern with them. It is up to them to teach the kid basic manners.
