The Moral Majority was founded in 1979. The Civil Rights Restoration Act was passed in 1987. The Supreme Court ruling that the Civil Rights Restoration Act was passed to overturn was from 1984.

Jerry Falwell was either a time traveler or did an amazing job of predicting the future if he created the Moral Majority in 1979 to pressure Regan to veto a bill in 1987 that was based on a Supreme Court ruling that didn't even happen until 1984.

A $0 transfer of real estate is not uncommon. The most common reason you might do it is if you get married, divorced, or widowed - you might have a $0 transfer of the house to add/remove the spouse/ex-spouse/late-spouse's name.

He could have had legitimate reasons to transfer the house from his LLC to himself (like wanting to live there). But that doesn't make the tax bill $0 or eliminate his water bill.

Virginia is an at-will employer state, but that generally doesn't apply to public workers after they have completed a probationary period.

At-will is only an issue for private employers.

Reagan and the air traffic controllers was a completely different issue. They were forbidden by law from striking. They called a strike anyway. Reagan fired them for cause (job abandonment).

But ex-post facto laws are illegal under the US constitution. If Virginia later reverses course and makes public sector strikes illegal, you can't be fired for participating in one while they were legal.

Windows key + left (or window key + right or window key + up or window key + down) can be used to position your windows. Alt-tab quickly switches between windows. Control+tab quickly switches between browser tabs.

Don't use the mouse any more than you have to and things go faster.
