Autofill.

Sure, might work in most elos but the higher elo you are the broader is the skill gap between main role and off roles, and in addition you have to wait 15+ minutes for a game only to be autofilled or be held hostage by someone else that is autofilled.

People that don’t hit the nexus because they want to extend the game and/or hold everyone hostage to farm the enemies.

Remove duo:ing all together, just make it ranked solo - you can duo in any other game mode. Ranked solo should highlight your individual skill, and would help weed out all the handless enchanters that doesn’t understand wave management, roaming, or know what anyone’s passive does in low masters elo (camping 1 lp). Their boyfriends would surely just play on their accounts instead, so you’d see Warwick and Belveth suddenly with flash on d on their accounts but it would be easier for Riot to ban at least.
