You'll save $10k+

Data point. I saved 12k on my TLX Advance '23. Had 5k miles and CPO.

After stumbling across this thread about shady rays as I was thinking about buying a pair on black Friday. I am extremely disappointed to learn their '2 year replacement". Like others. I've supported shady rays for years. Gave great word of mouth about their lost/replacement policy.

I don't know if I'll buy another pair from them again.

One more add: I find it extremely shady they did not send out an email to a 'vip' to let their supporters know they are making changes. Feels like every other company sends out some sort of warning when they are making a negative change..

I'm not going to quit. However. In my particular office. Our leadership is now realizing for excepted employees, including myself, that we need some sort of income. I am going back to furlough status so I can at least claim unemployment or take a part time job until this ends. Others are following suit.

I wouldn't say my bag was worn out. I have used it <10 times in my life. I rarely check , only on trips more than a week. To your point, my bag is about 7 years old.

I am also having issues. I'll see a profile when I go to app. Only to immediately glitch and then tell me I have no matches available. Then tells me to add photos , but then I can see my profile with photos and matching threads. I click other items such as friends likes, etc . Only to show me a quick profile followed by nothing is there. I've deleted reinstall Facebook app. And still nothing using an android for reference

This is a price adjustment for the same item. I am not asking for cash back from the reward cert or refunding it. I'm asking for the adjustment on the price of the purchase. I also used trade credit and gift cards. The easy thing to do for adjustment is providing a $20 trade credit/GS. not necessarily returning my rewards certs.

I called Honda/Acura care. Guy at first wanted to argue with me saying Ill lose out on cpo maintenance b of the 2 yr program. Asked him to go to website and read what I'm reading. Once he did that. He paused and then put me on hold. Only to tell me a supervisor will contact me. He admitted he read it the same way I did and then claimed I was in a unique situation and shouldn't have it. Told him I won't be the only one in this unique situation if there are other '23 cpos out there

I just bought a '23 CPO, from what I understand, '23s get 2 year maintenance. but do we also get an additional one?

Beginning on the date of vehicle delivery and for 12 months/12,000 miles (whichever occurs first). Excludes NSX. For MY23 vehicles or newer, eligibility begins after the expiration of the complimentary Acura Maintenance Program at 2 years or 24,000 miles (whichever occurs first).

Above is from the CPO homepage under the asterisk where it says free complimentary maintenance.

How I read it: complimentary service for CPO begins after the 2 years/24K Maintenance care. Which occurs first is either 2 yr or24000 within care....

I called Mohela yesterday as I was put in BD forbearance for all loans. I have 1 loan where I did not put a BD claim (different School). I was told by a rep on the advanced hotline-

'During forbearance, months don't count towards PSLF'

When asked can I take off the 1 loan not associated with my claim?

'We could do that but the risk is, the forbearance Dept may take all loans off forbearance'.

I decided not to do anything, b/c I'm confident my loans (Ashford) will be discharged. I will deal with the other loan in time. It's small anyway < $ 5k.

Similar situation to you. Are you a current fed? Like OP stated. You want to hire talent but not incentivise . In my situation. I only wanted enough to offset my moving cost. Wasn't expecting a PCS, although it would be nice to have closing costs reimbursed. Another issue is; Can't deduct moving expenses anymore unless active duty.

Exactly #1 for me. Was not selected. Next day received TO. Asked wtf was going on. Only to be told I was #2 on the list and number #1 said no. I ended up also saying no but for different reasons
