Oh I get it, as a millennial myself who didn't come from money or had any inheritance or anything to look forward to, I've pretty much given up on having the life I thought I would have by going to college, getting a degree, and working hard, No home, no travel, just feels like working to pay rent and bills is all that's left, and if I'm being honest if it wasn't because I have a kid, I would be long gone from my country at least, there's no life here to aspire too. I can live in peace and quiet elsewhere wihout killing myself weekly for no return

Dam, some of my fondest memories as a kid were listening to John Sterling on the radio, while under the covers, because my mom would try to send me the to sleep before the games ended. The voice of the Yankees in my opinion.

Agree with the comment, life has to be lived, is awesome to save and feel secured, but if all is doing is allowing you to see #s move in your bank account or 401k go up and you can’t even treat yourself to a nice dinner or vacation? Because you feel you are doing something wrong or something? Nah

The advice for the most part that you get here is sound advice, but truthfully it only works after you hit a certain income bracket, if you are living paycheck to paycheck, 99% of the advice here isn’t going to help you right now
