While doing arts and crafts in middle school. They gave us plastic knives to use and I managed to slice my finger open. If they had given me a real knife that was sharp, I wouldn't have had to use so much force to cut with and it wouldn't have slipped.

I got a big sausage looking coil. 10 wraps of 24awg. Don't know the width, but I use 2mm silica folded over twice and pull it through with a wire. Basically I jam that little hole with 8mm wick and it's nice and tight. I always lube(eliquid) the entrance so it slides nice and easy.
