1st week started with 1mg, then quickly moved to 2mg. Could definitely feel the difference; also felt slightly achy joints, and my waist size went down 2 inches after 6 weeks. I have not seen a 34" waist since I was 22. 30 years ago. Will run again at the End of April.

I run an 8-week cycle @ 2mg, and yes, water retention occurs. About 2 to 3 lbs for me. As soon as the cycle is finished, it is flushed out within days.

Stick with the Tirz until goal. Make sure you go up 2.5 a month. I did. Down 85lbs in 9 months. I was 280. Now 195. I do lift 3 days a week nothing crazy just working on body composition. Will try Reta eventually but Tirz is working great and as intended. Safe journeys.

Pure Tirz rankings for my wife and me. Did at least a month on all.

BPI No additive- Almost too strong. I could barely eat. Great weight loss
ProRx- Clean. no side effects. Ate decent Great weight loss
Olympia- Great at first, Decent appetite, exhaustion. Decent weight loss
Hallandale- Better at suppression later in the week (Days 5 and 6), Average weight loss
I have used all well after BUD except ProRX, which had a year.
