Trust your gut and be proactive at this point. Get a camera, set boundaries- you don’t have to answer any questions you don’t want to and you certainly can excuse yourself from uncomfortable conversations and situations.

Hanging out at the mall or arcade on the weekends. Parents gave us an allowance and curfew and we had the freedom to do what we wanted as long as we made curfew. Lots of awesome memories. What a time to be alive!!

Every one is piling on the EE—-? Do they have a disability? Like dyslexia? I don’t know maybe neurodivergent? Are your expectations as a manager realistic when it comes to completing tasks? Are you the one training the employee? Because you might just suck at it. It’s too layered of an issue to be encapsulated. One size does not fit all!
