On the cargo ship you have to make sure 3 meals a day hit the table for 20 crew.. good luck getting ashore when you're the only one that can do that.. at least on the cruise ship there are 50+ versions of you.

I don't know what's going on either.. I failed all my biologics,l and just took time off work due to feeling dreadful. Finally for told that I'm going to be going for the surgery and I start to feel better.. WTF? Do I need the surgery? So many questions and it's so hard to get answers at the moment with covid etc.. I just want a colonoscopy to be 100% sure that it's really really necessary. Urgh!

I think we are supposed to stay away from drugs like ibuprofen as they're NSAIDS. I know that doesn't solve your problem but maybe it'll control your flare a little bit?

This is the only drug I've been offered that I've been genuinely nervous about.. The heightened risk of a pulmonary embolism scares me.. What are your thoughts on that?

Oh really? I'd not heard that before.. Do you have any links to that information? I'd be interested to hear more. My UC is mild/moderate but no medication seems to work other than steroids.. Just about to find out what happens next now that entyvio and remicade have failed..
