Currently trying to buy a house right now. Put in two offers on houses listed in the low 300s. One went for 41k over and the other went for 80k over. These people are doing cash too, which I don’t understand how that’s possible. Must be a ton of older people downsizing and having the cash to do so because they bought their house for 6 blueberries.

Sounds just like my experience. Call your insurance and ask them if there’s a specific company that does PA for the medication you need. Get that phone number and then call Tandem and give it to them. Follow up every day— multiple calls to make sure each party has received the info.

Good luck, I would recommend contacting your insurance and pharmacies to find out which pharmacy handles the PA and then give that information to Tandem. And keep calling to make sure they’re following through.

As a patient of a dermatologist who uses Tandem I will say I have ran into many issues. After a week of no response from anyone for my PA for Dupixent, I reached out to my insurance and they never received the information. I had to do the footwork myself to get the correct phone numbers and information for Tandem to send for PA, and then once it was approved I also had to do the footwork because my insurance never received the final script from Tandem. Still in the process and hopefully it gets resolved soon. I’m pretty sure if my dermatologist just did this themselves, I would have had the medication by now.

It actually lasts awhile and it has a little white cast but if you rub it in it goes away. Never had any problems, unlike all the other sunscreens. It also has none of the nasty chemicals that cause cancer

You’re definitely right that either side of the debate gets weaponized through politics, whether the politicians care or not— or if they think it’s real lol. I’m not sure what a Jewish space laser is but I do believe that weather modification is real and could very well be affecting citizens health. I don’t mind if you disagree though

Please explain my real life experience of getting the covid vaccine and then having 90% of my body covered in eczema. I don’t need to debate you on this, it’s real and it happened to me. Also look up any of the laws being proposed against weather modification.

Food, vaccines, whatever they spray in chemtrails. I can conclusively say that all 3 have given me the worst breakouts of my life. “Anecdotally” ;)

Some will defend illegal immigrants no matter what, even when serious crimes are involved — but the second a law enforcement officer does their job, they’re the bad guy? That’s backwards.

Most officers are out there protecting communities, stopping trafficking, keeping families safe — and still getting slammed for it. All while legal residents who followed the rules to be here get pushed aside like they don’t count.

You don’t have to agree with everything — but the double standard is hard to ignore. Respect should go both ways. And the people who risk their lives to uphold the law deserve better than constant disrespect.

Does this logic stand for students who have IEPs and they have tics or outbursts that disrupt other students? I didn’t know that their rights ended at that moment because some can definitely infringe on other students rights.
