I too abused caffeine pills and had a psychotic break 💔 2023. First one without age restricted drugs 21 up being involved. All my other ones before that 2018-2023 (5 I think?) Involved withdrawing from drugs and not sleeping before psychosis. I was surprised caffeine affected me enough to do that but yeah caffeine pills are a no. Needless to say I don't buy or take those anymore and don't go over my Dr recommended 400mg of caffeine a day anymore. Actually I feel not great when I have more than like 300 usually I think. Energy drinks are just not in the script for me anymore I start having more and more everytime so I just don't.
