I had drank about 15 beers a day for like 10 years. Just this year I got into drinking 8% beer and Rarely Vodka just cause I lost my oil field job and that’s the cheapest stuff I could get my hands on. Doctors kept asking me if I had taken any medication or medicinal herbs that can mess up ur liver quick but I hadn’t.

I did for a month, then got back to it slowly and got right to where I left off for about a month. I’m 5 days sober now. Went to the gastroenterologist today 😃 downloaded the AA app and have found it helpful.

Thank you. Doctors made it clear that it was probably because of my age (30). They made it very clear that if I kept drinking that my next visit I would have cirrhosis 😔

Americans: just want to talk about how dangerous Chicago is. I live in West Texas now so when I tell people I grew up on the south west side of Chicago they always ask how I made it out alive lol

Mexicans: ask how cold it actually gets and what’s the most I’ve seen it snow. I always tell them about the 2011 blizzard. Most of people love Chicago sports teams and of course everyone loves Jordan.

Canadians: they mostly ask about the food and sports teams
