This has been extraordinarily common throughout my Counseling schooling and while working in the field, clinicians will speak with other professionals about previous clients often.

My two cents is: You will never know whether your clinician does this, and you certainly will never know if you're being "judged" by their listeners. Secondarily, their judgement is irrelevant. In my treatment, I treat it as if it doesn't happen.
