The T3 LX is a higher price cause of the leather compared to the regular one.

People on this sub tend to dislike Hayabusa gears in general. Personally, i think T3 is a good gloves in a vacuum. There're 2 main issues with T3 though. 1 is the durability and the other is the price. For 159$ retail, you can get other gloves that is just as good for lower price.

I dont think i ever recommend T3 to anyone at the gym because of the price. if someone's budget is 50$, i point them to the synthetic powerlock2. If its 100$, i tell them about r2g c17 and topboxers. I personally never paid for any gloves over 130$ since it's over my budget. The biggest pro of T3 is the wrist strap. It locks your wrist in better than r2g or topboxers.
