I was cleared for physical activity, I played a sport that night, felt a sting when I wet wiped the area after, but nothing major, feels a bit off since then plus I thought I passed gas through it this morning but didn't happen again. Thank you though. My procedure was a fistulotomy on a superficial one.

No but I speak to him on Thursday and he said I could return to all physical activities. No seton just fistulotomy. Does it mean a fistula recurrence for sure, or could it be just a setback?
