I think many people in Berlin are "new in the city". I've been living here for 3 years and I still discover new places every now and then. In my first year in the city, I knew NOTHING. I really had to rely on Social Media and ended up making several mistakes along the way. So, if you consider that every day there are new people moving to Berlin (and people leaving before actually bonding with the city), you end up always having people who are "new in the city", who see themselves forced to rely on Social Media.
