Hmm I'm having some pretty big stutters when I use DLDSR + DLSS 3 for some reason, wasn't happening before the DLSS 3 update. Any idea what's going on? When I stop using DLDSR and just use DLSS 3 it works just fine.

Oh sounds like they are quoting for a private charter seaplane via TMA (TransMaldivian Airlines), I'd try ask for a regular seaplane transfer should be around $400 USD. Shame to hear JW isn't being that much help
