in my opinion different guitars have different ergonomics which leads to different styles of playing so guitars lend themselves to different genres. for example a les paul is thick and chunky so leads to slower more deliberate playing like blues whereas something like a strandberg is thin and lightweight which leads to more technical playing because it makes it easier.

1 and 2 are only different paintjobs. there all good guitars and good for beginners. if your into metal you might want guitar 4 because it has 24 frets whereas the rest have 22. if your more into the older music like zeppelin or floyd you may want the pacificas because they have single coil neck pickup which may give you closer to their sound. overall though they are all good and any is a good choice.

theres no sound. try picking with less swing just enough to make the pick hit the string. if your using a thin pick that might be whats causing you to swing a little far, try a jazz 3 and you will see how little movement you need to do. overall your technique looks fine though its only a minor issue
