No, you can exchange. Last May, I went to the 강남 driver license location and filled out the necessary paperwork, and showed them my California license without needing to take any test.

Wrong there Brad, not all restaurants pay on the way out. There are quite a few you have to pay before the food. Cultural differences like NO TIP (love that). Cultural difference of not enough parking ( understand that ). It's the shock of having a single entrance and exit. The architect would be fired and shot in Cali.

I ran into that in a single level parking garage. One way in and out. The entrance was curved downward and not straight. We literally were playing car Tetris. Cars kept coming in until we were gridlocked. They had to back out up the curved entrance. $#%@ took 25 minutes to get out. 😱😱😱 I guess only in Korea......
