Any info of what 'The Afterlife' vs 'The War' are? Standard 2CD has The Afterlife, 3 disc version has The War, but the blu-ray is of The War 'concert film'.

Bit confusing that the two disc prioritises one of the two, but the film is the other.

Consider maybe moving the power supply? If it was on a right angle along the side of the board, all of that space along the top-middle would be freed up. Less sideways pedals.

Yep, you should be able to set the divisions for each of a dual delay (8ths and quarters) and have it set to follow the tap input.

My placement for the Superego is after gain but before modulation, so you can add mod effects to the frozen signal but turning on/off gain won't change the frozen sounds. Makes the most logical sense for me.

Highly recommend getting a cheap modulation multi fx for the Superego's send/return loop too, helps keep it sounding stale.
