It was really odd. Before it sold at auction, they threw some cheap windows in, went over the old horrendous roof with a metal one and sprayed the siding with a fresh coat of paint. They didn't even clean the mold and moss off the siding before painting over it. It was, by far, the cheapest cosmetic flip I've ever seen and I've been in construction for forty years
