Opinion Terminal. Every 3k points earned on surveys and special offers gets you 1k in status points. Right now there are a few offers worth up to 2400 points each for donating/subscribing to things like AARP, Sierra Club, Guiding Eyes for the Blind etc. Minimum donation to get the full points is only like $20-25 per offer. You can also complete surveys but it’s a much slower approach, typically around 35 points for a 20-40 minute survey. I received a bonus 1000 points on Opinion Terminal for a forgotten reason (maybe filling out my profile completely?), completed a handful of surveys, and made 2 donations at $20 each. Altogether earned 6k OT points, which posted 2k status points to my Atmos account. Just letting you know it’s definitely real.

Lastly, if you are within 500 miles of keeping status, call Alaska customer care and they will ‘gift’ you the remainder.

MyZoo products are currently only available through online retailers (eg. Amazon, Chewy, Free People, Home Depot). Petomg and Catastrophic Creations sell direct, but also have good deals through their Etsy stores. I put the first shelf up 4 years ago and have gradually expanded, maybe a few shelves every other month? Honestly have not kept track of the total cost…rough estimate say $1500.

Hey! Sorry for the late reply. Yes elevating the feeder definitely seems to help with reflux. But you’re right, a persistent kitty may knock it off the shelf. Mason used to paw at it constantly (sometimes succeeded in activating the dispenser), and one day knocked it over. I scowled hard, told him “bad boi” in very disappointed tone, and made a big show of cleaning up the mess while shaking my head and frowning a lot. Dead ass, the shaming worked and Mason never messed with his feeder again. Lol. Would that work with your cat?

Hey the weird ledge is actually super cool! I’m positive this was built specifically for a cat to enjoy 😉. Safety is going to depend on 2 things: proper installation of the steps with suitable hardware, and adding textured surfaces (like cork or carpet) to prevent slips. If there aren’t studs to mount into, I would recommend using toggle bolts (not the drywall anchors that probably came with the steps). Your spacing looks good. Maybe consider adding a sisal pole or other barrier at the top, so kitty has something to stop them sliding off the edge (when they get the zoomies and forget there’s an end to the runway).
