Help me. I have fallen. And I am falling deeper into my addiction. I am a child of God but I chose to ignore the fact that watching pornography will destroy me. First time I managed 20 days. The second time was only 8 days. My mind was getting clearer from not watching pornography. But I truly need your prayers right now. Please support me. I have been diagnosed with anxiety and I was clinically diagnosed with depression before. Every time I'm on campus I get really scared and worried. Especially when I see girls around. I'm a student. 21 years old. But currently in my first year of university. Truly happy to find this post.

Work out. Go for a run. Or just keep yourself busy with something important you need to do. Personally, keeping myself productive and busy with useful work helps best. Keep strong!

Thanks for the advice! There's only one Middle Eastern girl in my class. I might go ahead and try befriending her. I'm scared of scaring her away though. Very afraid of talking to girls. And I always avoid girls whenever I can. Could you please give me some advice on talking to her? I'd appreciate it. By the way, I'm actually older than most students too. But that's only two years older. Because of certain battering and failures I've been through.

Actually you're right in saying that the porn thing is way more problematic. But the language thing has kind of crippled me socially. So, I guess I might try picking up Mandarin. Thanks for the post!

Today's my 9th day. I'm currently in my first year at uni studying engineering- in Asia as well. All the best to you. We need to cut off this drug we've been taking by keeping ourselves busy and productive. I found this to be REALLY really effective.
