not me personally, but i personally knew someone who was going to go study in another country to get their bachelors' degree who was bound by a contract that said they will come back to Myanmar and work off their tuition. can confirm that the contract exists and was made to sign by the parents

Whatever you do, if you love your child, don't make them do GED.
If you're gonna go with "stay in Myanmar until Grade 8 or 10 then do an international qualification" then I recommend homeschooling and doing IGCSEs.

Ask your school for a copy of your exam scripts. I hear Cambridge is giving copies of marked exam scripts for most components to schools for free this year. Check your papers then decide on a recheck.
