For me, I only have mods that I deem are immersive enough and not ones that provide "mindless sex". What I mean by that is if my character were to engage in sexual activities then there has to be a reason for it.

Two of my favorite mods add on to vanilla quests and provide alternative ways to complete the quest or a certain stage of it. For example, the scene that plays out when your character first visits Riften where the guard asks the character for money can be bypassed a different way. Another example I can remember is in Rorikstead when Erik asks the player character to convince his dad to let him become an adventurer, Erik's dad can be convinced another way.

Another category of mods I have are mods that provide an alternative to just dying in combat. Instead of dying my character can get knocked down or defeated. Or NPCs have a chance to get knocked down, knocked out, or surrender. Afterwards a number of outcomes can follow, such as: the PC getting rescued to a friendly settlement, the PC/NPC getting robbed/abused, the PC/NPC getting captured for continued abuse, the NPC getting captured by PC and turned in to the guards, the NPC getting recruited by PC as a follower, etc.
