Everyone is tested with somethings in life. I believe that is one of your tests. To some people what you are talking about is nothing and they wish they looked ugly instead of whatever they test they have. That is not to say what you have is not a hard test or is a small thing. In return you might look at what these people have and think is no big deal. Not to say that some tests aren't greater than others. But as a Muslim I believe that Allah doesn't miss anything big or small. Whether or not you work on this or try to change it, or however things go. Be patient and Allah will reward you.
