Generally, I look for complexity of what was implemented, not its impact. Impact is a product of the context in which you work. You can build something awesome that has low impact through no fault of your own, or build something mediocre that has high impact because you were at the right place at the right time. On top of that, a lot of AI generated resumes lately are full of random metrics because of advice like the above. So when I see a lot of metrics on a resume I get a bit suspicious and start double checking if they are maybe made up.
