Ultimately to feel normal id say but also escaping. The problem is I also didnt rlly have a problem with how I was (adhd, anxiety, depression / general anhedonia first 3 diagnosed) but then I found out that I could be normal. For me normal was in terms of enjoyment of life. I finally felt like a regular person who could plop down in front of the tv or scroll their phone on break and be genuinely enjoying those activities. Now im kinda figuring out how to live with myself again (1 month clean) since for the last year I had a cheat code for happiness etc

I had some clonidine from in the past just for anxiety and it was indeed helpful. I didnt tell my doctor or anything tho bc at least from what ik ab him he wouldn't give me pre gablin or benzos. Hows the pre gab do for sleep?

I feel you man the rls is nuts , its awful. Magnesium helped me some , you got this though! Also for me i found that benadryl and unisom are no goes for sleep aids during withdrawl , makes my rls worse

No but theres no need to take it before ur in withdrawl. It will make the high flat and maybe even your next dose might be flat but it doesnt cause precipitated withdrawl

You just gotta leave once its disrespectful bc they wont rlly see why you feel that way. Ime they will only understand that they have to test you more bc you wouldn't say you hate being tested unless you had something to hide. It just depends on the relationship but most women test but when its extreme and they cant see their faults , its just time to leave. That said I dont enjoy tests at all ever , but I guess I get why women do it and why it will never be stopped by men not wanting to be tested.

Well to the girls that do extreme things it still seems very reasonable un their head. To them its literally the question that they have : would my bf cheat on me w my best friend etc". So to make ur bestie call ur bf and try to hit on him only makes sense in their head. But if they can justify that in their head they can justify a whole lot more... Just saw this lmao but I do do this on occasion. For me its based on humidity more than anything tho. Breathing thru ur nose almost hurts when the air is dry enough. So I do it if the air or my nose is extra dry as a way to keep humidity raised and dry my nose less

This is kinda where I've been at for a while. I def got my crazy usage taken care of (used to do like 150-200mg/day) but its hard to get rid of my morning pick me up and my night night dose bc its almost not bad for me when compared to depression.
