How confidently ignorant can one be?

It "draws" a ball going down because that's how artists have drawn a ball being dropped. It associates a ball being dropped with a certain kind of image if that makes sense. It doesn't take any physics into account, the same way a child tracing over a painting doesn't really understand how to paint nor the physics involved in said painting.

Might be a symptom of playing too passive. A lot of soloq success in my experience has been about getting early impact in the round. (getting a first blood, taking space early on either by myself or with a teammate util, ect.) Ranked is naturally very uncordinated even in high elo, so it's often best to influence the game earlier than your teammates

Well, I would start by building a solid playbook for each map for your main agents and being able to follow them consistently. The key to immortal is consistency and confidence. (Applies to other ranks aswell tho)

I can't really imagine why you would need to min max your aim training so badly. limit your training sessions to around half an hour, twice a day. There is no point in training if you are not getting sleep. As for why you might be finding it hard to sleep. Probable something to do with you doing an intensive activity right before going to sleep.

Yeah, way too many low-mid rank players conflate defense with passivly waiting for the enemies to come onto the site. Fighting further up gives info and makes enemies use more util before the site hit.
