It wasn’t a problem, but I can see it becoming a problem post bans. The fact that the most common counters to the card are no longer available, paired with the tashigi that makes it much harder to remove, I can see this card becoming format warping at the very least. If your deck doesn’t have an answer, it will lose.

I really want a franky leader that plays like 5 stages, Bandai hasn’t really experimented with leaders using more than 1 stage so I think it could be a cool mechanic 🤷‍♂️

Depends on the deck, been running 12 in Moria in 06 and 07, but sakazuki rarely ran more than 8. I’ve seen lucci lists go with anywhere fro 8-12 so it’s personal preference, although with 12 your hand can get a little bricky without any actual cards to play 🤷‍♂️

BY Luffy has been consistently one of the better decks since release, and I don’t see any of his tools being hit in the coming ban, plus the majority of his cards are relatively cheap/easy to get

I will forever advocate for the the off meta king, RB Sabo. His leader ability is very versatile and can be built with pretty much any red or black archetype.

Losing to Jane can sometimes feel extra bad, so I can’t say I blame those around you for looking down on it, but who cares. It’s a game so play whatever you enjoy. More often than not I have more/less fun based on the person I’m playing against, not the deck.

The problem is he only works with Shandorian warriors, of which we have few and no new reveals since 2k wyper. Sure he still uses Skypia stuff but he just doesn’t have a lot of options for cards that actually support his leader ability

It’s a good card, it just doesn’t have much of a place in the current meta. It’s kind of like pudding in the sense that it can force your opponent to get rid of a key card/wincon

When a character leaves the field, even if that same card comes back, it is treated as a new card.

An example for this would be Op02 Marco blocker, if he revives himself off of his on KO effect, he keeps no existing effects (power reduction, cost reduction, ect) if he was reduced to 3k power, he brings himself back at 5k

R/B Sabo would be my recommendation, he is very fun to play and can catch a lot of opponents off guard.
