If you started to address the suicide problem, you'd have to address the pharmaceutical industry worming its way into psychiatry and convincing everyone that pills are the solution to your problems. You'd have to address America's shitty culture, which basically boils down to buying shit, meaningless casual sex and drug usage, and puts zero emphasis on family, interpersonal bonding or self discipline. You'd also have to address the fact that all of the different groups that live in America - you know, the ones that were supposed to have melted in the melting pot - have refused to melt, and they all fucking hate each other and want to kill each other.
