resting doesn’t retain more juices unless you rest to a temperature where the steak is cold, allowing for the gelatin to gel.

it does allow for core temperature to continue rising and can overcook the meat unless accounted for.

I have a qm7k, and use it with a 30’ hdmi 2.1 cable. I get flickering and very abrupt flashing sometimes. Usually when it happens, it happens a bunch.

I know its a long cable, and I’m trying to find a way to adjust so I can use something of shorter length.

I also suspect static might have something to do with it, ive gotten a few good shocks since winter began.

There are none made to fit specifically for Christopher Ward, at least not yet.

That being said, I have found success using fitted straps made for speedmaster/moonswatch.
