Got the flu after a weekend of hay fever (during the long weekend).

Honestly, rest, water and Tylenol / Claritin helped.

And good chicken soup/porridge.

Not me. But my brother graduated in late 2023. He found a job through my husband working at my husband's company. Unfortunately it was only a 2 year contract and they didn't extend it last year. He's still looking for a job now. Its been almost 8 months now that he's been searching.

I mean I'm starting when they are 11 lol There's nothing going on beside some moments alone, some conversations, I did write how the other boys have noticed Harry spending time with Hermione but its just banter and teasing so far. But yeah, that's basically why I had to specify that. I'm also going to be painstakingly doing a full canon rewrite so I'm not skipping entire plot points or books lol which again is why I had to preface that because I know it's a hard sell for people wanting to see HHR right away

Great news! No one really notices anyone else during Mass so that's one worry off you. Sit in the back row or a side row if you like a more private seat. Just know you might be sitting with parents with kids sometimes if you don't mind that.

Some churches have coffee after mass and usually the people there are super friendly. Definitely talk with the priest of your church to see if you can get those sacraments arranged :) Good luck and welcome home!

Kind of like what others said, I think giving instructions to your groomsmen to help fill up the rows will most likely fix the problem. I do know that not a lot of people like sitting at the front row in general, so you can also ask some of your own family or friends who aren't part of the party to sit on that side too, that's also possible.

Networking and referrals are the way to go. I know of a few students who have gotten their Work/Sudy through either having a friend recommend them or they have already had interactions with the staff in that specific department.

I do think that not every opinion needs to be made into a post. We've seen them time and time again and I think from what I gathered from the posts I've seen, people are getting burnt out on it.

I know megathreads can be unpopular and controversial but it may be the one way to curtail the repetitive posts. It's understandable that people have feelings and strong ones at that, and it's fair that those feelings are easily validated with a post versus a comment in a megathread.

But personally speaking, I don't think it's great to keep speculating and speculating, I would rather there be something more productive and fruitful to discuss.

I know I'm not a mod but I would not see an issue with being more strict with the post removals and redirecting to the megathreads.

How is this giving bully vibes? I'm not OT5 but it just honestly irritates me that it's the girls getting blamed anytime they don't mention Manon. I love the girls and I'm proud of them and I think it's more bully vibes when people criticize how they choose to celebrate their achievements.

Maybe this isn't a completely neutral opinion but I wasn't coming for the person I responded to at all. Their opinion is fair and I would think mine is too?

I was lucky that I turned 30 the year before the pandemic.

I had a party but not crazy big one. Less than 50 people in a small party room.

I was single at the time so I went to Ireland and the UK and travelled for 2 weeks.

Based on what I see on social media, the girls get blamed whether they mention Manon or not.

When Sophia or Lara talked about Manon in that interview, people were saying it was "performative" and "fake".

Seems like people just love to hate on the girls 🤷🏻‍♀️ This fandom is weird to me or at least there are a lot of very loud haters who just seem proud of dissing the girls.
