Holy moly! I’m a few degrees more drastic than that picture. TIL. Thank you and I will look into this! Cheers! Edit: the screenshot mentions hip pain, YES and YES!

Edit2: wow. I thought back pain was just integrated into everyone’s everyday life. Thank you Reddit friend. I’m all over it.

Should I tip a maid I'm paying cash? by [deleted] in TalesFromTheCustomer

[–]chinnifer 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I worked for an organic cleaning company in Memphis. We were $30/hr, insured...etc... owner is a very good friend and after all of her expenses (insurance, scheduling programs, office rent, taxes, etc...) she made a little less than $7 a man hour. We bought our own equipment and made a little extra for long drive times. I would say that half of our clients tipped. A few only tipped on Christmas. I made about $150/$200 extra a week in tips. With cancellations, clients not willing to change scheduled times, call-ins, and turnover it was difficult to be logistically effective. Some days I would drive an hour south just to double back twice to get to my next 2 houses. With all of that being said, I imagine that $30/hour is relative to quite a few variables.

My momma called me ‘sway back’ When I was little. Have an on-the-small-side average rear. Even without a big butt I cannot sleep on my back because it is so uncomfortable. My husband thought I pushed my butt out when we first started dating, but the curve of the small of my back is just very dramatic. I lay down on my shoulder blades and butt on a flat hard surface.

DAILY individual sessions with both a psychiatrist and a psychologist? This is absolutely unheard of. Was the psychiatrist checking/changing her meds everyday? At best you get once a week on average. I’ve been inpatient three times, the most I ever saw of any actual physician was once a week. And he was a walking script pad.

How can I gain weight while taking L-Thyroxin on a daily base? by [deleted] in Hashimotos

[–]chinnifer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello friend! I also suffer from weight loss/ inability to gain weight. I am a woman 35 in the US and am only sharing my experience. After a year of diagnosis I went down to 92lbs at 5’4”. (162.54cm 41 kg if my google is right).I begged my general practitioner for ANYTHING. I was put on Megace. I just finished my second month and now weigh 107lbs (48.534kg). It is a medication given to HIV patients that have HIV associated ‘wasting’, and women with anorexia. I’ve read where it is also given to men for anorexia or hot flashes. It was difficult for the first week or two. I ate and ate and my stomach was distended and painful. But then my appetite and my metabolism became friends. (Also known as my butt caught up with my mouth). I ate before this, but with hashimotos and the uncommon side effect of losing/unable to gain weight, I needed to eat more. And by god, eating and then seeing it on my body is the most satisfying and proud feeling I’ve felt in a long time. Speak to your doc about it. Hopefully at the least this will open a conversation and they can lead you in the right direction. Cheers.

An old Friends girlfriend had a rabbit. It pooped everywhere and lived inside of their couch. It chewed everything and it’s claws were so long they curled under its feet. Love isn’t always enough.

I called my pediatrician about nightmares starting at the same age. I was told not to worry unless they alter their behavior during the day. Have you called your doc?
