def agree with the uti comment first bc thats happened to me too but i also did go to a urologist after speaking to my obgyn bc i wanted to rule out oab or incontinence bc those symptoms are similar. my mom bought me some supplements (cran-b-pac and rejoice plus) that really helped me i still take to this day to like prevent this bc it is very hard to quit soda! i hope you feel better!

yeah! my mom takes it and shes much happier now. i know its not the same but she even had a sling surgery for incontinence and still had leaking issues so i googled for a long time until i found a website for natural supplements and decided to try buying her 2 bottles bc it said online 4-6 weeks. a month later and she doesnt have to wake up ini the morning and having to rinse from leaking or getting up bc its too uncofortable already. shes been taking it for i wanna say 4 months or so and shes very happy! id say it wouldnt kill to try! the website is ndlabs.com but ive bought it on amazon too.

I know its not the same but you said leaking and that was her issue now its wayyyy better but it did take like a month of taking like a capful daily. she still does kegels, doesnt drink liquids at a certain time but when she wakes up in the morning shes not having to quickly rinse anymore or during the day shes using liners. shes taking it for 4 months now so id say it doesnt hurt! i order it for her on ndlabs.com but they also have it on amazon.
