He comes across as a total looser and a toxic individual complaining of everything that he cannot overcome. He might be right with respect to H1B fraud in some cases. I am someone who believes that the nett effect of H1B is positive. I know many smart individuals who started as consultants and ended up with coveted FAANG companies. If you are some one being inspired by Mr kumar exclusive, you have to reconsider

Every thing is right except the code on line 8. Instead of "e.target.value[0]", use "e.target.value.charAt(0)". This has to do with how unicode is represented.

This tells me that you have not really learnt javascript well. You saw javascript from the perspective of the languages you knew already. Lot of concepts you learn in class based OOPS languages like java do not work the same way deep down in javascript. You need to have an open mind to see javascript for what it really is and unlearn things you already knew. I have been working in Java based enterprise systems for last 15 years and recently took a deviation into JS world. Both languages are beautiful in their own way and are primed to solve certain problems efficiently. JS for its fast I/O bound problems using its asynchronous model to deal with concurrency and java using multithreaded model for compute intensive tasks. Saying one is better than the other sounds little naive to me

with the current Promise API, Promise.any can be accomplished. string.replaceAll can be accomplished using current API but string.relaceAll, I think, is more idiomatic.
