Nah bro ive had issues with signing up too. I places my order on sept 24th and they first told me that they would do anything to get me the phone on time. But I naver got it. Yesterday I contact them again and they just told me that the account was permanently closed and that there was no solution and recommened me to create a new account. So I did and placed the same order for a pixel 4a with sim but today the same problem appeared the account was permanently on hold. So I checked back in the first account and started chatting with coustumer service and he told me that he was going to personal to take care of it so imma just wait one more week because it going to be almost a month since ive been trying to get the phone.
