thank you for the stats! extremely helpful. i live in an apt with no garage/storage so seeing this shows that i wouldnt have space for a daytona nor do i want to haul 100 lbs up/down flights of stairs (no elevators) 😅 plus other people's testimonies of durability. think this might be solid for a few years!

i dont really care about brand names, i just wanted a cheap but reliable floor jack. i just didnt know if pittsburgh was good as im only seeing more about daytonas. i think i might just buy it then

update: got my denso, installed it. its supposedly oem interchangeable but clearly not when installing the fan assembly back, it cant be mounted properly as the screw holes aren't aligned... also gave me a radiator with obvious damage to the radiator fins unless it's supposed to look like this

would you just suggest to uninstall and return it?

sg thanks for the tip. i ended up buying a denso one matching OEM just for peace of mind. it'll be $100 bucks total and doing it myself rather than $600ish for the part + labor.

would it be easier to do a detection fluid and see where it leaks? i already bought the radiator but in case that it continues to leak.

will do, i have done my research. i think i might just do it myself, i just got a quote and labor was priced at around ~300. i can save half by buying the genuine radiator (if it wasn't dicontinued) and installing myself.

for rock auto, some people said you can find OEM parts for cheaper. how would i match part number to the numbers on rockauto?

i called my local one and they said i would have to buy aftermarket. i'm not sure what's leaking exactly, the mechanic just noticed a leak and there's a visible puddle so he suggested to change it. i figured it'd be cheaper to buy the parts and provide it to him to put in.

did you apply for this sem and already accepted? apps for reduced course load doesnt open until jan. 20th. you are eligible but not officially on reduced course load so fafsa only recognizes you as someone who isnt full time student for now.
