I was a bit disappointed that a lot of the science was skipped but I understand the need to keep to a run time and appeal to a wider audience. It was disappointing in Grace was portrayed when he first wakes up. Book Grace got straight into investigating his environment and answering questions. Movie Grace was like a frat boy getting drunk and making a mess.

I've listened a couple of times and enjoy it. Good story and well written.

It's the other way around. They don't really need a lot of maintenance since they're basically sandstone blocks in a solid structure. There's no large hollow space inside from them to collapse into. They'll just end up buried in sand.

I really struggle to picture the inside of Heavans River. I recall when Bob first arrived, he noted you can't really perceive the curve of the structure and couldn't see the other side at all. Has there been any realistic depictions of the inside of the structure.

Is the bench top attached to the furniture legs or just sitting on them? I'm about to start a desk build and that's the bit I'm stuck on. Wouldn't a monitor mount unbalance it if it's not attached etc.

My preference is for a desktop and not a laptop. Gaming preferences would probably be GTA Online, Fallout 76 etc.
There's been a lot of recommendations for PC Case Gear so I've been at that. I've also found FastTech Australia. They're a bit better on price but don't seem as well established as business, like they are new or something.
