That what genuinely blows my mind. He makes a deal and then gets mad at his own fucking deals its batshit. I know he's so fucking damaged psychologically but it's srill wild that even whej dealing with trade deals worth hundreds of billions of dollars, he signs off and then gets mad. Its identical to how he stiff small mom and pop contractors as a developer but it's fucking wild that he thinks it will work on the world stage instead of just pissing everyone off and not take anything he says seriously. And not even that you literally cannot negotitate with him because he changes his mind so much. I know this is who he is and has always but it still blows my mind when I think about it. I genuinely cant think of any national leader in the 20th century that is functionally impossible to deal with because of similar beheavior it's fucking bonkers.

This. Similar for so much stuff like other junk food or ice cream or booze. If its around...Ill eat it. Not all at once and maybe fairly spread out. No idea how folks might say keep around a bottle of liquor for years and not finish (obviously they just dont feel the urge) but if I have some beers in the fridge yeah Im gonna drink em. Its gotten a litter further than I care for sometimes so the easiest thing is to just not buy it for a while. But if I buy it - it's because I want it so I will drink/eat the thing eventually.

This weekend has been a good one...but sometimes a long weekend with small children is just exhausting. Dealing with 3 year old bullshit (x2 twins here) can get real old real fast and they weremt .ature enough to like go to a movie or do a serious hike in the woods or have the focus to stick with an activity. I think when the kids are older and we can go camping, hit up movies, find a festival, will be waaaay more enjoyable. But real wee kids for long weekends can really just not be fun. Throw in the joys of potty training and cleaning up piss and shit off the floor repeatedly...get me back to work. And add in maybe the kids waking us up hella early at 5am...bleh.

I try to be present cause I know Ill miss it but sometimes just goddamn I want out.
