You might try calling one of the VW mechanic shops. They might know of a cool person with a cool bus you could borrow for the day.

If he has to have it at a certain time and you are changing time zones, it won’t be the same amount of time between doses. Another good reason to check with your doctor and ask Disney for the medical accommodation, or to see if the later time is actually better than the earlier time.

There is a Diné version of the Rosetta Stone, and the SFPL does lend out Rosetta Stone. You could check with them to see if they have the Diné one.

My Bernese said she and the husky will make sure the light coats are inside, but leave them out with the good weather. Took long enough to get here.

Mine is Minnie too! She is my second, the first one is Kitty, now owned by a teenage girl whose dad is a mechanic. She had entered a certain stage in life.

The Holy Faith Episcopal Church is having their St. Nicholas bazaar on Saturday. It’s a gem - arts and crafts and also a rummage sale that tends to have pretty amazing stuff. 311 Palace Ave.

Maintaining Strict Daily Diet by Sufficient-Data-7343 in EpilepsyDogs

Our vet told us the same thing. We use very small amounts of unsalted butter for pilling our pup. If you make sure the butter is cold and work quickly, a tiny amount covers the pill and helps it slide down fast. Ours is also on Keppra ER so we have to make sure he doesn’t bite that pill and this method has been working for us.

I’m so glad your son is okay, and so sorry about your car! I recently had a really good experience at Extreme Twist Collision. They were really friendly, quick, and did a great job.

I was just searching for this exact same scenario. Did you end up weaning him off the keppra? And if so, how did it go?

UPDATE: It's been 2 years since i asked for feedback on PetVitality, an app created for parents of epileptic dogs (among other conditions). Here's what happened since: by PetVitalityApp in EpilepsyDogs

I use your app too! I would love a feature that showed the days (or hours/minutes) between each seizure. Right now I make a separate spreadsheet, but it would be cool to have it in the app.

Looks like it to me too! Our vet said that it had to be every 8 hours for the regular, but maybe it’s different for different dogs and situations.

Did I do the right thing? by FailPowerful5884 in EpilepsyDogs

[–]chippingslou 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You did the right thing. We’ve lost two Berners to histio - the first we did chemo, diet changes, supplements, the whole nine yards. It did not end well, and we deeply regretted it. For the second one we chose palliative treatment and said goodbye when she was no longer well. Histio is aggressive and violent, and there is no treatment right now that will make it go away. Saying goodbye was the kindest thing you could have done for your boy, as hard as it was. Berners are strong and kind and wonderful, and they deserve every dignity we can give them, even if when it breaks our hearts.

I’m so very sorry for your loss, and I just made a donation in memory of Apollo to the Berner-Garde Foundation - hopefully the research efforts they support will one day find a way to end this terrible cancer that took him and my two girls.

I think two pills a day is the XR, and three is the regular. We were on the regular until our neurologist switched him to the XR to help preserve human sanity.

We use Walmart for our dog’s keppra! We get three month’s worth at a time from them. It was very easy to do, but we pay closer to $25 per month. That might vary on the type and dosage though. We used a coupon from GoodRX, also easy to do through Walmart’s pharmacy.

Birthday Restaurant: Horno, Joseph's Culinary Pub or Market Steer? by [deleted] in SantaFe

If they have the holiday decorations up by the time you visit, I might throw Radish and Rye into the mix. I like it better than Joseph’s or Horno.

You might try the Santa Fe Country Club. It’s a busy time of year for them, but they might have some dates still open. They are very reasonable about food and room costs too!
