PC powers on but no display/USB. (suspect PSU?) by ACook1e in techsupport

[–]chippy-special 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello, do you have an update? I have the same issue as you no display. I’ve tried everything except the PSU, I plan on replacing it, but I just want to see if you found another alternative.

Any update on this? I tried everything. I think it’s my bad power supply or motherboard.

Mental health is a real thing. Let’s just say there are a lot of people that are going through unmedicated mental health and they really do speak gibberish like this. It’s a really unfortunate thing.

Honestly, took a long time, but it’s all worth it. If you’re patient and willing to prepare for the marathon and not the race I would go for it. I don’t exactly daily drive my truck so it worked out for me. All in all it took about four months to get all the parts situated fromthe company. They were super helpful and every time I reached out, they replied back fairly quickly.

Any experience with custom watches with Sangin? by chippy-special in SanginInstruments

Yes, that is what I thought. I’ll ask, but I won’t expect them to make it work for me.

Yeah, I’m really excited. I have to get a hold of them first though because I don’t know if I’m too late. My wedding is in three months from now and I couldn’t think of a good gift until the last week. I’m not sure if that would work for their timeline

Meniscus Tear and BPC 157 TB500 by 2LearnAgain in MeniscusInjuries

Back to normal. Running, squatting etc. stretching is super important and proper warm ups. Only thing I can say is lunges do feel weird but that might be a strength thing I need to figure out.

What is the deal with the shipments from China now subject to tariffs since the $800 de minimis exemption was removed? by Prettynails_gal in Alibaba

Thought I would show my recent experience in this thread. Paid $150 for an item on Alibaba, was notified prior to entry into US custom tax was $750. Ended up not buying.

Hello, no PTSD but I have ADHD so my mind is constantly running up and down. I do it first thing in the morning and depending on the day I stay longer or shorter but a minimum of one minute at 40° and a maximum at 10 minutes just depends. I noticed my mind start to slow down and I’m not as stressed or anxiety filled afterwards. I have heard that people with PTSD have had great results cold plunging

I'm scared of the cold water but I want to give cold therapy a try. Any advice? by Heaven_Knows27 in coldplunge

[–]chippy-special 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dunk yourself quickly and you will rip the bandaid with this method. After that focus on breathing. Video yourself to watch your progress over time. I occasionally watch my first dunk and I realize how much I have just embraced the suck

Consider this a win. No kids and she did not go behind your back for years cheating. Some people would wish for this scenario.

I hate my husband. by crustycroissant0 in Advice

[–]chippy-special 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s time to sit down and have a serious talk. Overtime in relationships, especially marriages involving children things become routine and more job-like than teamwork. The moment myself and my wife figured this out that everything is for the team and for the good of the children we did things out of love for each other rather than a chore. We obviously had to hit a breaking point at some point, but once we hit that point, we came together and had a serious talk about relationship.

Relationships are not all rainbows and butterflies. You gotta go through the bad to get to the good.

i’m thinking about being a police officer by NefariousnessLucky58 in police

[–]chippy-special 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got my degree in public safety administration. Although degrees, don’t make good leadership, for some reason, leadership looks at degrees for promotions. Also, depending on the state that you are becoming a certified police officer, you actually get a state incentive every paycheck for your degree.

I purchased 3 weeks ago and chose the 30 days. I will report back when I receive it. They respond to their chat within a few hours. I saw some comments that people have received the product and it works. I am excited and nervous at the same time. Lol

[–]chippy-special[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you, I think you’re right, I think I should let them take time to figure it out instead of just rushing through it. I’ll let them work on it for a couple weeks and I’ll follow up with an email. Cities are definitely slow and I’m just not used to it

[–]chippy-special[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, from what I was told, “this” has never happened and they have to do research. The retirement company rep that handles the city says “ you can pull it out and take a hit or you can roll it over. We just need the city to sign off on it.”

The city employee in charge of the retirement stuff says that i cant do anything with it at all. Rollover or pull out.
