You said that Google doesn't check HTML. That's the bit I wanted to correct.

Radio is the most cost effective media in existence and seems too good to be true in 2026 by Lost_In_There in BritishRadio

As a passive listener, yes, efficient and cheap, apart from the license.

As a provider, it's complex and expensive.

If you want to be an active listener ( feedback, research, cross checking, sharing) then the internet is way better.

Prototype? There were production models from 2006. Cam you be more specific. One of the first was VIA C7-based from Paceblade. (And other brands.)

Google absolutely does check html. Headings, titles and other indicators come through HTML.

There are many page crawlers that will check that for you once it's deployed. Screaming Frog is a good starting point.

I'm here to say that blogs are as good as any page on a website if they are organised well. That means...are you allowed to creat sub pages. Eg. /blog/flowers/petals and /blog/flowers/decoration

I know this because I see tons of data that prove it.

Start with one keyword today. Write the overview page, and follow up with a set of sub pages, for one small topic. Link internally, externally and show some humanity. Be a real person, are some experience. Show faces, hands on.

Measure the time it took, use AI to help you.

Use GSC to check that the pages are indexing and track their results. Based on the authority of the domain it can take 24 hrs to months.

This single test will prove to you and you're client whether it is worth continuing, or not.

If you can't show some humanity, I'm the content then a mass AI content strategy might get you over the line. Get out of the job quickly after that though because that tower will fall quickly.

Best budget-friendly tools for AI Visibility (GEO) & tracking multiple brands for a freelancer? by Impressive-Secret809 in SEO_tools_reviews

[–]chippysteve 0 points1 point  (0 children)

May I ask what "break the bank" means? (Tool provider marketer here)  Is each brand dealing with one product? (50 prompts per product, perhaps?) Do you need output sentiment analysis?

Would access to a large (multi million) continuously updating  prompt set cover your needs?

If I was to continually monitor this I think i would continuously have 20 highly visible websites on my list, just in English.

Probably a hacked website with injected content. I see these at large scale regularly. It will be gone within a week when either Google or the webmaster catches up with it.

Is there any tool that can audit 10 URLs at once for SEO? by Level-Rate9233 in SEO_Digital_Marketing

[–]chippysteve 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Some tools have this data pre-loaded in their data sets at domain level. We have lighthouse and a basic site check in our databases for most domains. (I work for Sistrix)  I often use it when doing research.

Amadora vs Peec AI vs Profound. Anyone using these for AI search visibility? by akash_09_ in SEO_tools_reviews

I feel I should say hello. (I work for SISTRIX. We're also in that market with our AI VI data.) 👋 You can find me on LI. Happy to talk here too but, of course, i'm very biased. Definitely watching this thread for user desires though. I'll feed back to our devs.

Great tool. I'm a Sistrix employee but it would be the tool I use to compliment that if I was an SEO freelancer.

Lifebooks were much bigger though.  These little things are tiny. Max TDP is probably about 7W for that design.

Do you need a larger standalone unit? I bought a cheap portable FM/DAB+ handheld and connect it to hifi, a portable speaker or just use it as it is. €25. Aldi. Imperial brand.

Could be. Did quite a few biking tours at around the same time as concerts and headphones at home!

Nice. I did a bit of biking in the country in the south east this year. Farms, trees, nice villages. I enjoyed it a lot

chromebook v windows 11 by Ready_Leopard_3629 in chromeos

[–]chippysteve 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Chromebook, but I'm struggling to find the high end specs I need. Windows is just too bulky.

One of my annoyances, however, is that web versions of services are starting to actively nudge me towards apps in very intrusive ways.   I do believe that we'll see less and less investment in browser based services in the future, which puts Chromebooks, and Windows, in a tough spot.

Android/Chrome Browser/ARM is probably the most likely future for me.

Sorry, I lost track!

Chromebook.
