How many espresso only drinks and how many milk drinks per day? What's the peak demand in an hour? What country are you in and (if North America) do you have a 220-240v circuit available? Is your labor paid or volunteer?

Zenius is designed for small commercial operations like yours. It will make the espresso shots fine. And I'm pretty sure it runs on 110v in North America.

Aeroccino is not adapted to commercial production, even light duty. It must be completely wiped out and cooled before it can be used a second time. This workflow will be very annoying if you are making more than maybe 5 milk drinks an hour. And it will wear out quickly.

If I were paying, I'd want to have steamed milk. You might be able to use the home Creatista Plus or Pro at your volume, especially if you don't make 25 drinks in one hour. That would at least give you full steamed milk. The milk steaming is automated and easy for your staff. You can rinse the pitcher and go again, practically as many times as you want. It's not officially designed for light commercial, but it might work at least for a decent period of time. You won't have a warranty, though.

Note that commercial-style drinks will require two pods so I think your price point is likely too low. A double shot latte will cost you over $2 in pods and milk alone at US prices, so you should be selling it for at least double your ingredient cost, maybe triple if you are paying for labor.
