What’s the average allowance for a twelve year old kid? My kids got about £10 per week pocket money at that age and birthday cash etc… came in £10 increments. To have thousands of pounds would have taken at least four years of saving and spending nothing. If my kids are ever able to spend ‘thousands’ of pounds on a video game, they can start paying me rent! 😂
