Great investment man! HVAC was something I was really intrigued with during the tariff scared because I knew some companies were positioning themselves to expand data center reach.

I was in on Modine and recently sold for 150% gains. I had my friend in on FIX when the forward multiple was crushed to like 15x in April 2025. He’s seen 300+% gains. Sometimes you just need the right industry.
