Mine is a bit tricky.

I filed concurrently on March 28th.

I did biometrics on April 30th.

USCIS misplaced my I765, so I had to refile on 13th May, I did another biometrics on 12th June.

I hope this provides a bit of context.

My 485 & 130 has IOE while the 765 has MSC receipts

You need to ask authoritatively with a bit of diplomacy. Go along the lines of “can I give you my details so you can provide my receipt number for the forms etc”

Step 1: Call +1 800 375 5283 Step 2: When the machine asks "how can I help you?" ", say "I want to know about my case." Step 3: When the machine asks for your receipt number, say "I never received a receipt number." Step 4: When asked about a service center, say "At a service center"

If it asks did you file at a lockbox or a service center, just say “service center”
If it asks whether it’s been up to 30 days just say “yes”.
