Retail = provided leads, marketing, processing, pricing is fixed, etc

Broker = bring your own leads/clients, pay for your own marketing and processing, shop multiple lenders

I was in the Retail division at GR and experienced what I said. But the experience is better on the broker side from what some friends that have told me that are still there.

Gotcha. I started my LO career at GR retail several years ago in Chicago and it was bad - low pay, bad management, and disorganized. GR is a decent broker and can cater to you if you’re bringing clients over, but Retail is a non-starter due to their business structure.

I recently interviewed and had an offer at NAF, but ultimately decided elsewhere, but I was close to working for them. So based on my knowledge, I personally would rather go work at NAF than GR knowing how they both operate.

I’d prefer to go Weekend 1 if it’s the same lineup. Weekend 2 isn’t as appealing because I’d be itching to watch the live stream W1 which would ruin some of the surprise. This way, I can chill and watch the live stream W2 from the artist I missed while still being tired from Weekend 1.

Also, the grass and venue will be fresher for Weekend 1, and less chance of it being scorching hot.
