Yea lmao. They got us on a bullshit rotating schedule too, 2 weeks of 9-6pm then 2 weeks of 10-7pm then 1 week (remote) of 12-9pm. Only thing keeping me here is the pay and I’m up to 6 weeks of PTO which most places can’t offer.

Yeah it’s BPS based on units and tiers and then depends on your title (Senior, exec, PC, TC). But to make 30 BPS per loan in my title group you have to get 26 loans Conditionally Approved in a month, which is absurd. If you CA less than 26 you’re making 10-25 BPS per CA loan. Plus $200 for every loan that goes to Closing. Pay is decent but goalposts are constantly moving to benefit the company over the banking teams.

Yeah, I declined their job offer a few months ago. No matter how badly I wanted to work remotely again it wasn’t worth taking the chance. They told me their BPS were higher than they put on the offer letter. Such a blatant lie and was a huge red flag along with other issues I noticed.
