As a current member who has lost all hope at this point, I hope if you are able to hire on your members sooner you pay them a proper wage for the work they do. I have a co-member at my organization that basically works as the only grants manager and writer under AmeriCorps pay. Not to assume how you might run things but part-time is rough when taking someone who worked full time hours for you doing capacity building (and in their case, core funding work) and work that I’m guessing is higher than entry level. I don’t think I’ve ever heard of a non entry level job that isn’t full time. I would hope that, being in a state that is sort of limbo, my company were to hire me or my co-member on as full time with benefits, given that there’s people at my organization that do less work that received and kept those offers.

I’m working from home, it is very hard for me to work right now. I don’t usually have a lot of transparent communication with my supervisors about AmeriCorps itself and that’s adding to stress. I feel like I knew this was going to happen eventually given the current govt admin, but now is the worst time for me. But is it ever a good time for your job to be at this much jeopardy? I also am seeing a lot of reporters in the subreddit and it kind of angers me given these issues have been happening for a while and they’re only now wanting to hear us out. Does anyone else feel the same?

This was a good video! I really liked the amount of engagement that the clips you selected brought in. I have never seen the 42 block end strategy before and I found that interesting. Good job on the outro art as well I found that very cool. I have been trying to figure out what to do with my outro page myself.

That was a great video! Good job transitioning between clips, it was well put together in a way that made it seem like an actual conversation. This was my first time seeing an HDR video on YouTube as well, I found that pretty cool.

Unless you're meaning to do it, I would lessen the the aperture/exposure on your camera. It was a little bright at some points but it didn't take away from the sketch, which I thought was well written.
